Captain
As a Huntair Captain, you are responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft and the leadership of the flight crew.
Responsibilities:- Overall command and safe operation of the aircraft
- Leadership and decision-making during all phases of flight
- Compliance with aviation regulations and procedures
- Mentoring First Officers
- Valid ATPL (or equivalent)
- Significant multi-crew flight experience
- Strong leadership and situational awareness
First Officer
First Officers support the Captain and share responsibility for the safe operation of the aircraft.
Responsibilities:- Assist with flight planning and aircraft operation
- Operate the aircraft in accordance with SOPs
- Support decision-making and safety procedures
- Valid CPL/ATPL (or equivalent)
- Multi-engine and instrument ratings
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Cabin Crew
Cabin Crew are responsible for passenger safety, comfort, and service throughout the flight.
Responsibilities:- Ensure passenger safety and security
- Deliver high-quality onboard service
- Manage in-flight emergencies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule and teamwork mindset
Ground Staff
Ground Staff ensure smooth airport operations and provide essential support before and after flights.
Responsibilities:- Passenger check-in and boarding assistance
- Baggage handling and ramp coordination
- Communication with flight and operations teams
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Customer-focused attitude
Airport Staff
Airport Staff support terminal operations, security coordination, and customer assistance.
Responsibilities:- Terminal operations and passenger assistance
- Coordination with security and airline teams
- Operational support services
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Operational awareness
Air Traffic Controller (ATC)
Air Traffic Controllers ensure the safe and efficient movement of aircraft in controlled airspace.
Responsibilities:- Provide clearances and instructions to aircraft
- Maintain safe aircraft separation
- Manage airspace and traffic flow
- ATC certification or training (or willingness to train)
- Excellent concentration and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure
